My Mother ordered the Ready Set Go from the TV and when she started to use it for omelets we all loved it. I decided to get one for my home and ordered it through Amazon. Mine just isn't the same. I think it's defective or something. I always spray with Pam, but everything sticks and it take forever to clean. I do not use very often, mostly when camping or on long weekends. Finally I got so frustrated I called customer service. They told me since I ordered it through Amazon and not directly through the tv offer they could not honor the warranty & replace it as defective. I think thats terrible, it's still their product. IT's impossible to clean and there is always something left stuck on the surface. I looked up my Amazon account and it says that I am past the return date. Ahhh! I think I will just throw it away! Junk! I am so paying good money for products that are just not worth it!!

I would say...not as special as advertised. Basically it is a frying pan.
Takes about the same time as frying, except you don't have to turn.
It has one heat setting.
It is a useful product.

I didnt purchase this grill from Amazon due to a two for one deal at the Redi Set Go website. Two for $39.95 was a steal but attached was a $29.00 shipping charge. Still $69.80 for two was still a deal.
Shipping was fast two units in one box. One unit had the advertised acessarys and the other unit was a stand alone.
We cooked a rib eye steak first off for 7 minutes adding a little salt and pepper after the meat was done.
The steak was cooked perfect and good with no pink.
Now the draw back and I was waiting for it. The non stick in the thing is peeling and failing fast. Like alot of the infomercials since the inception of non stick teflon 30 or 40 years ago, you wonder where all these scientists, engineers and R and D people went to school.
This is probably my only issue with this Redi Set Go.
I have good non stick cookware in my kitchen and used such for agressive cooking alot of the time.
The difference is my stuff is teflon fused to steel. The non stick on the Redi Set Go is not. It cant be.
Its the old Yoshimira spray on. Thats why even with oil the coating will bubble and start to fail.
So, I know the Redi Sets temp is too hot for the basins non stick coating.
I think the extra tins may prove better cooking results because of a little cooler atmosphere perhaps.
I hope so! As a tip for burnt on stuff, put plain water in the unit and heat then use the spatula to gently remove
non stick! burnt mater. LOL
My oppy? This little cooker is well spent for what you get if you can do a $19.95. Its fast and gonna be fun for the most part. No oven, kitchen cool and easy clean up.
Its a yes here with reserves.
If you want real non stick tough stuff? Buy Cooks products for your kitchen.

the product idea was wonderful cooking from top to bottom in a small pan====the taste was good===the problem is the product was made to fall apart===paint chipped immediately on the outside==the teflon was put on with a paintbrush i think and it chipped off===the timer worked only once===this would have been a wonderful christmas gift idea for friends and everyone at the spa i belong to was waiting for me to tell them how i liked it----you lost sales because it was so poorly made==
i now learned a lesson to check ratings on a product before purchasing it===
i would hae rated this 0 stars
amazon should check some products with consumer reports before selling them===
JUNK, DO NOT PURCHASE!! Aug 27, 2010
I have had this machine less then 48 hours, and after cooking 4 things in it, the timer has melted and does not work, so it burned my food. The paint on the lid is bubbling up and it is very had to clean, no way shape or form does it wipe right out and is clean. This is a complete piece of JUNK and DO NOT BUY IT, I AM SENDING MINE BACK!!! Spend your money on a George Foreman grill, they are 100 times better.
